Our products are one-time digital unlocks (watermark removal and MP4 download for a banner) that are delivered instantly.

Refunds

Because the product is a digital item delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the unlock has been delivered. However, we want you to be happy: if the product did not work as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

How to request

Email support@textledbanner.com with your order receipt (from Lemon Squeezy) and a short description of the issue. Refunds, when granted, are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
