By using textledbanner.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

TextLEDBanner lets you create LED-style text banners and display them fullscreen. Creating and displaying banners is free. A one-time purchase unlocks additional features for a specific banner (see below).

One-time unlock ($4.99)

For a one-time payment of $4.99 USD per banner you unlock, for that banner: removal of the watermark and the ability to download the banner as an MP4 video for offline use. This is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. The unlock is delivered instantly and is tied to the banner you purchased it for.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles billing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the text and content you put on your banners. Do not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing. We may decline service for misuse.

Your content

You retain ownership of the text you enter. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any names, slogans, or trademarks you display.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
